Contact Us

We read every message. The fastest way to reach the App Guru editorial team:

Email

For corrections, app suggestions, review requests, or partnership inquiries, email us at [email protected]. We aim to reply within 2–3 business days.

Email is the only official way to reach us — we don't monitor social media DMs or comments for correspondence, so anything sent elsewhere may never be seen. Every email is read by a member of the editorial team, not an automated filter.

Corrections

Spotted an outdated price, a wrong feature description, or a broken link? Tell us which page and what needs fixing — corrections are published promptly and we appreciate every report.

The most useful correction emails include the page URL, the exact sentence or figure that's wrong, and what it should say — ideally with a link to the source, such as the app's Play Store listing or official pricing page. Screenshots of the current app showing the discrepancy help us verify faster. Verified corrections are typically fixed within days, and significant ones are noted in the article.

App suggestions from readers

Found an app you think deserves a review — or deserves a warning? Reader suggestions are one of our best sources of coverage ideas. Tell us the app's name (a Play Store link is ideal), what it does, and why you think it's worth our attention. We read every suggestion, though we can't cover everything; we prioritize apps with broad appeal, apps making bold claims that need checking, and apps our readers keep asking about.

A suggestion is just that — a suggestion. It doesn't guarantee coverage, and it never buys a favorable review. If we do review a suggested app, the review will be as honest as any other, cons included.

Review requests

Developers: you may suggest your app for review, but suggestions do not guarantee coverage, and coverage is never sold. If we review your app, the review will be honest — including the cons.

When suggesting your app, include a Play Store link, a clear description of what it does, its pricing model, and what makes it different from the established alternatives. We give serious consideration to apps that do something genuinely new, but we won't review apps that are unfinished, that misrepresent their features, or that exist mainly to harvest data or serve ads. Please don't send APK files — we install everything from the Play Store ourselves.

Business and partnership inquiries

For advertising, syndication, or other business proposals, email the same address with "Business" in the subject line. We're open to honest advertising and content partnerships, with one hard boundary: editorial coverage is never for sale. No payment arrangement will place an app in a roundup, raise a rating, or soften a critical review — and any sponsored content we ever publish will be unmistakably labeled as such.

What to include in your message

You'll get a faster, more useful reply if your email includes the essentials up front: which page or app you're writing about (a URL helps enormously), what happened or what you noticed, and what you'd like us to do about it. For correction reports, the exact text that's wrong plus the correct information. For suggestions, why this app matters. One clear, specific email beats three vague ones.

Response time

We aim to reply within 2–3 business days. Correction reports that check out are often fixed before we even reply — so if you reported an outdated price, check the page again in a few days. During busy periods, or when a message needs investigation, replies can take a little longer. We answer in the order messages arrive, and we answer everything.

What we can't do

A few honest limitations: we can't provide technical support for apps we didn't make — for login problems, billing disputes, or bugs, the app developer's own support is the right place. We can't help you download apps outside the Play Store, provide APKs, or unlock premium features. And we can't review iOS-only apps, since App Guru covers Android exclusively.
